I dont know what are you speaking about. In OR 6.5 there werent shadows.

1. dont write things like these: "site sucks" otherwise i ban you. Bring respect for me and my work, i am not a dude or a child. While maybe you jerk off in front of the monitor, i have other things to do. This is only a hobby. Dont say i am rude when there are around lazy and stupid people like you.
2. you are speaking about "terrain normal mapped shadows", i have no idea of what they are.
3. terrain shaders are the same from the first OR version, so you have something wrong in your mind.
4. if you think to know better OR than its developer (me), stay away.

Lol, be clear that Alenet is not your personal Oblivion developer guy. He doesn't mod for you, per se.

I don't think anyone really thinks that though.

Just to be clear for everyone:
1. Here the thing it is not to cheer me or to "divine" me. Simply ask a thing and i will answer if i want, while you MUST NOT CLAIM anything from me.  
2. I am not PAID for the OR development. You can tell me about bugs, what you like or what you do not like but it is a my choice to fix them or not. If I want, I do it, if I dont want, I dont. The software contains a licence: it is provided AS IT IS without any responsibility of the developer.
3. In addition, sources are online, if you want tips about how to correct a possible bug, i am here to help, but do not expect i will do "on command".
4. In the specific case of this thread, the questions had to be:
- i have a strange situation with terrain SPECULARS (not shadows or other stupid comments), i post a screenshot, is there a way to correct it?
- BTW, i noticed the mobile version of the site has a problem when i need to write a post because the colors applied do not allow to view correctly, i post a screenshot, may you correct it?
THAT IS THE CORRECT WAY TO SPEAK WITH ME, not using "site sucks" or "there is a problem on terrain shadows since old OR 6.5 and you didnt solve it"....

Who wants an answer must do the correct question for 2 reasons:
1. even if i know pretty well english, there is anyway a language barrier, so be careful when you write something
2. you must ask what happens not WHAT DO YOU WANT.

The terrain speculars has a trick to avoid to flatten the bumpmapping when you are near the midday. Probably this is not perfectly correct and creates the effect you posted.
Responsable shader is SLS2001.pso.hlsl, simply comment the line
// LightDir.x = LightDir.x < 0.4 ? max(LightDir.y, 0.8) : LightDir.x; // Trick to avoid to flat the bumpmap when midday
and recompile the shader activating the compile shader option in OblivionReloaded.ini.

Unluckly you cannot see the answer......
