MemoryManagement works only for textures, it doesnt affect the object rendering.

Probably are you speaking about the Frame Manager?

Alenet can correct me if I'm wrong, but Memory Management has to do with preventing textures from duplicating in VRAM and RAM. It forces textures to VRAM first, and when that runs out to RAM. Oblivion is an odd fellow from what I've heard (not being one to peek under the hood personally) and Alenet corrected something with Memory Management.

It's located in data\shaders\\OblivionReloaded\shadows\shadows.ini. Inside the ini you can enable/disable shadows for interiors and exteriors separatly.
