I recently updated OR to the newest version after awhile and am extremely impressed by the precipitation in particular, especially the lack of it when under some sort of cover. Not sure how that was even done, but it's pretty incredible. The only issue I run into is the rain effect seems to start well before the sound of rain starts, and it's a bit jarring. I had a similar problem with a weather mod I made in the past and the command "GetCurrentWeatherPercent" came in handy. I've only ever done scripting within .esp files so I'm not sure if it's different in the case of this mod, but having the rain effect start only when the sound of rain starts would be a simple but very effective change.

Thank you. Yes, the sound starts later because the game detects the rain when the weatherpercent is totally rain (or pretty next to). I do not know if there is a possible param to set in CSE settings. I will take a look as i have time to allign the sound with the rain beginning.
